The St. Louis SLAM Women’s Football Team will begin recruiting soon for the 2026 season! Tryouts are open to women in the St. Louis Metro Area and will include general conditioning workouts led by SLAM coaches and veteran players. No football experience is required. Just come with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a competitive spirit!

Skill-building and conditioning sessions will also be offered to help you prepare.
